Summer seasonal flavours will certainly add a great variety to our mobile restaurant offer! Consider fruit, which will give a holiday touch to desserts - for example you can serve it with waffles or make a delicious tart! Another seasonal option is asparagus, which tastes interesting served in puff pastry or on a burger! There are plenty of delicious seasonal vegetables, and you can use them for a colourful holiday bread pizza, for example!
World cuisine accents
When talking about world cuisines, we mainly mean Mediterranean cuisine, which many of us associate with holidays! Flatbreads such as pita and lavash, which can be combined with fresh vegetables and drizzled with olive oil, are perfect for a food truck! We can't forget about delicious cheeses such as feta or halloumi. Contrary to appearances, we do not have to change our menu significantly, it is enough to gently refresh the dishes we have been serving so far!
Bet on seafood
Speaking of holidays, we cannot forget about seafood, which should obligatorily appear in our menu. Contrary to appearances, their preparation is not difficult and many of them will fit perfectly to food truck cuisine, such as shrimps fried in a special coating, i.e. tempura, or squid with different types of sauces. A more complicated, but equally delicious dish is paella, characteristic for Spain, which will undoubtedly win the hearts of our customers.
